How can I improve the appearance of my front teeth without having to wear braces?
Great question! Thanks to modern dentistry, we can provide a wide variety of solutions and alternatives to metal braces. Depending on your dental condition, we may recommend enamel contouring, porcelain veneers, bonding, or another procedure. What is gum disease?
Also known as periodontal disease, gym disease is an oral infection. It starts with bacteria in plaque and tartar which damage your teeth and gums. If not treated, the infection can spread and destroy the gum and bone tissue leading to tooth loss. It also can cause harmful health problems like heart disease and stroke if not addressed. Proper dental care will help avoid gum disease, however, we do offer treatments to stop the problem.
I occasionally get a sharp pain in my tooth when chewing. What causes this and how can I stop it?
Dental pain is often the result of crack or fracture in the tooth. The tooth can be repaired with an inlay, onlay, crown, or a more complex treatment if need be. Contact our office as soon as possible to prevent further damage.
How do you stay up-to-date on all the new dental technologies and materials?

How long will I be numb after my appointment is over?
While each patient will respond to anesthetic differently it typically fades within three to five hours. If you have any concerns please call our office and we will happily evaluate the situation to make sure there are no issues.
How soon will I be able to eat after a cavity is filled?
We recommend you wait at least one hour before eating. In order to avoid the risk of biting your lip or cheek, its better to wait until the numbness wears off. Stick to soft foods if you eat sooner than that.
Why does my dental checkup include oral cancer screening?
We care about your health and wellbeing. Oral cancer should be taken seriously, and like other forms of cancer, early detection is key to a successful treatment. The survival rate for oral cancer is 80 to 90 percent with early detection. Therefore, cancer screening is included in every dental checkup.

We offer a variety of options to help you afford your dental treatment. We accept most dental insurance, and accept payment by cash, personal check, major credit cards, and CareCredit. We also work with a third party company that provides financing. We don’t want anything to stand between you and a healthy, beautiful smile.
